About Ladan Mazhari

Ladan Mazhari has been a resident of Tiburon for the past 44 years. She started her career as an entrepreneur in the restaurant industry by founding L'Entrecote de Paris on Union street in San Francisco in 1981. Ladan owned this successful business for 27 years. She also founded a second location of L'Entrecote de Paris in1985 in California Street on the heart of the financial district. Ladan performed the marketing, oversight of sales, cost management, staffing, pay roll, monthly/annual budgeting, group sales and public relations for both restaurants. Through 27 years of business, Ladan has dealt with clientele from all over the world and she adept an understanding for her client's needs and providing them with unparalleled services. As a mother of two, Ladan was always very involved in her community, the public school system, sports, and the other extra curricular activities of her children. Prior to 1981, Ladan lived in various countries throughout the world including Switzerland, France and England. Ladan is fluent in French and Farsi, has an understanding and appreciation for people and cultures from around the world. Ladan's long spanning familiarity with Marin County as well as her extensive experience dealing with clientele from all around the world enables her to be an invaluable asset in helping her Real Estate clients realize their dreams. Ladan leveraged over two decades of hospitality experience and vast network of clientele to successfully transition to Real Estate in 2005, culminating in multiple luxury properties sold in Bay Area. Ladan is an active member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Marin Association of Realtors and she specialize in new construction and high-end properties.
